ZO Skin Health is committed to providing high-performance skincare and ensures a seamless return process for products purchased through our official website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and promotional materials are included to qualify for a complete refund.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
